Attach to Work Order

The Attach to Work Order tool enables users to attach assets and x/y point locations to a pre-existing Work Order.

How To Attach Assets to a Work Order

1. Select one or more features or Work Points in the Webmap or from the Data Table.

2. If needed click in the field next to the Attach to Work Order tool and enter a Work Order Number.

   Note:  If you used the Add Asset/XY from Map, or Show Selected in Map (for a single record) options in Show in Map tool in the Work Order module, the Work Order Number is supplied.

3. Select the Go button next to the tool. The selected Features or Points are attached to the Work Order.

   • Features are added to the Asset grid of the Work Order.

   • Work Points are added to the Location grid of the Work Order.
